Singing jazz in Italy
Playing Donna in the musical “Mamma Mia” -Rome, Italy
How Chrissie became a vocal coach/singing teacher is an interesting story. It all started when she was singing on a cruisie ship in Italy. As a professional actress, jazz singer and musical theatre performer she decided she’d like to help others learn how to sing in healthy and powerful way. She opened her vocal studio in Italy learning from some of the best instructors including Seth Riggs, Greg Enriquez and other prolific master teachers.
Eventually she returned to Southern California where she continued to perform in local musical theatre and opened her studio in the Irvine-Tustin area of Orange County, CA.
She has clients of all nationalities and languages and because of her desire to help non-native English speakers gain confidence, she wrote AMERICAN DICTION FOR NON-NATIVE SPEAKERS. She continues to constantly educate herself in the world of vocal science in order to give her clients the best and share her knowledge with them!
In her spare time she enjoys sailing, scuba diving, painting, and lots more!
